The Happify family is grieving the senseless killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor, and the ongoing racial injustice in America. We stand in solidarity with our Black colleagues, community members, users, and followers against racism, violence, and injustice.

What We're Doing, Starting Today

Content:
We're developing free content to address stress and trauma from injustice and build empathy and compassion.

People: We're committed to actively diversifying our staff, leadership team, and the voices of our experts and contributors.

Financial Support: We're contributing to the Equal Justice Initiative, the Center for Policing Equity, and the Black Mental Health Alliance.

We believe that compassion and empathy are critical skills needed for every human being to flourish— and for us to flourish as a society. When step out of our comfort zones and attempt to understand the hopes, fears, and realities of people who are different from us, we are better equipped to act with open minds and hearts. We are better equipped to stand up for our fellow human beings. We are committed to providing tools for people everywhere to grow their empathy and compassion, and process their pain and emotions.
