We are excited to announce that Twill has earned recognition in four out of five categories of Built In’s Best Places to Work awards: Fully Remote Best Midsize Places to Work, Fully Remote Best Places to Work, U.S., Best Midsize Places to Work, and U.S. Best Places to Work. The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to larger enterprises, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in large tech markets across the U.S.

“We’re proud to be recognized on a national level for putting our people first by providing our employees with best-in-class perks and culture including but not limited to: mental health days, weekly wellness hour, unlimited PTO, 100% employer paid basic healthcare plans for employees and their domestic partners, a generous parental leave package, a professional development stipend, and more. As a company we also practice the behaviors that we encourage our end-users to practice, like exercising gratitude during our Good Month Box. Finally, Twill is implementing best in class People practices through our business partner model, leveraging data and system automation to keep up with engagement, enabling us to serve the needs of our people in real time.” Mari Kemp, Senior Vice President of People at Twill

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation and benefits. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.
